Requires TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
- Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communications, and writing skills
- Basic Linux skills required.
- This position is a hands-on System Engineering/Signals Analysis position supporting a mission critical system. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of system support; including requirements management, data management and analysis, system testing, and support to users.
- This position requires experience with modern communications networks and/or telephony engineering in addition to strong hands-on engineering skills.
Required Skills:
Team is sourcing for a technical system engineer to join an existing DevOps team that is working to build out a Kubernetes environment to host services across multiple platforms.
- Experience with Linux CLI
- Experience with building out Kubernetes infrastructure including configuring network policies within a cluster
- Experience with system sustainment and compliance including system patching and SSP management
- Experience with corporate STE/STN security compliance policies and procedures
- Experience using the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
Desired skills:
- Understanding of or experience with tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
- Understanding of or experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm
- Understanding of or experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards
- Understanding of or experience with Grafana dashboards
- Security+ certification (CWIP)
